Canterbury register
Taken a trip in a time machine lately? You'll think you have when you see these easily recognizable heat registers. These wonderful baseboard registers were often used with gravity systems as well as forced air. You won't have to scour the salvage yard to try and find a replacement for your worn out or damaged register. A  single valve thumb actuated damper provides airflow control to these attractive and functional, solid steel construction beauties.

Offered in two common sizes, choose the durable baked on flat black or white powder coat finish. The grill can be removed to easily clean the duct. A contoured damper adds strength and stability  with tension screws to adjust the damper operation. Includes mounting hardware.

Antique gravity baseboard registers rested on the finished floor and were fastened to the wall with wood screws. The baseboards usually butted up against the sides of the heat register. To match existing trim, it is important to consider the overall size of the register. Still, it is also important to measure the duct to be certain that the damper will open into the duct behind the heat register.
